Our COVID-19 Response
These are unprecedented times that we are living through. For many of you, who might have been struggling with mental health before COVID-19 struck, you might be confronted by even more emotional distress, family and relationship difficulties now.
In compliance with the government's latest announcements (w.e.f. 29 April 2020) regarding psychological services during the circuit breaker period, Couch Psychology remains open for business as we are part of the essential services, but tele-consultation is recommended as the main mode of treatment in line with safe distancing measures. We believe in doing our part to flatten the curve, and are pleased to offer consultations via Zoom during this period.
It has been our experience that tele-consultation is beneficial in helping our clients maintain some level of functioning, even though it does take getting used to, for some people. If you are unsure about whether this might work for you, feel free to contact us at +65-86614899 or firstname.lastname@example.org for a free 15-minute consultation.
We hope to resume our business as usual from 1 June 2020 when this circuit breaker is over. In the meantime, do check out our latest article on tips for “Coping with COVID-19”, packed with evidence-based strategies for navigating these uncertain times.
Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you in person once again soon!
